Shiv Ganesh is a charismatic and proactive business leader with decades of industry expertise. His warm and persuasive people skills have earned him accolades among clients and candidates. Shiv holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Masters' Diploma in PM&IR. A certified profiling accessor and a specialist in transaction analysis.
Shiv kickstarted his career in 1994 with Ceat tires, matured as an entrepreneur with multiple business ventures in auto, trading and telecom industries. As a leader and advisor to leaders for more than a decade, he built and mentored highly successful teams, believes in building, creating a healthy, high-performance work culture that meets challenges created by changing consumer needs, technological advances and global market dynamic.
